With breathtaking views of both the mountains and the sea, our villa is set in quiet Esentepe-on-Sea, 20 minutes drive from the main centre of Northern Cyprus, Kyrenia.

Built on the edge of a peaceful, coastal complex of houses, the villa accommodates 6-8 people in comfort due to its large open-plan living space downstairs and comfortable bedrooms throughout. That said, the beautiful weather means that most of our guests spend their time relaxing on one of the shaded sun terraces or swimming in the private pool.

If you prefer the sea to the pool, then saunter across the carob grove down to our nearest beach where you can sample the stunning clear blue seas of the Mediterranean on a beach, unspoilt by commercialisation.

For those of you who crave a little more activity, then there is plenty to do including horse riding in Catalkoy, golf at the newly built international Korineum Golf course,and Scuba diving courses from Ghenghis. He is based at the famous turtle conservation Alagadi beach and where you can go to see them being hatched.

If you can pull the children away, there are plenty of beautiful walks to be had in the nearby Troudos mountains and historic visits in the ruins of Salamis or Bellapais. For those of you who are attracted by the bright lights, then a trip to Kyrenia with its wealth of restaurants and beautiful port is very easily accessible and it is less than an hour's drive to the historic city of Nicosia, the only divided capital in the world.
